    In 2013, we partnered with First Community to help them transition from individual charters in Joliet, Plainfield, Homer Glen and Burr Ridge to one bank with 6 locations and nearly $900 million in assets. It was very important that existing shareholders, clients and community leaders understood that in contrast to mergers that are often characterized by changes in personnel and shifting priorities, First Community bankers remain focused on the needs of their clients and communities.

    From Burr Ridge to Channahon, First Community bankers are highly skilled, experienced and respected in their communities. Whether they are working one-on-one with a client or as part of a local charitable cause, they always go the extra mile.     In everything we do to help, our relationship with FCFB is a partnership. Our approach is strategic, focused on accomplishing the organization’s goals. Our work is fun and rewarding because when we work with First Community, we are really working as part of their team.

    In their 6 suburban communities, we use local print to promote retail products and services. Digital advertising is used to target business owners and decision makers in their markets and to boost brand awareness.

    Direct mail helps the bank communicate with existing customers and residents in targeted zip codes. Collateral materials such as handouts, brochures and lobby graphics are also a part of our ongoing strategic plan.
