The foundation of Barcelona Creative Group is built on the success of the many local businesses and organizations we serve, so it only makes sense that we stay actively involved in our community and give as much back as we possibly can.
We do this by participating in local clubs and organizations, staying active in local chambers of commerce and whenever possible, by contributing our professional expertise to local non-profit organizations, civic and charitable causes.
Local involvement keeps us in close contact with many of our clients, and has helped us establish many lasting relationships and friendships.
City of Palos Heights 50th Anniversary Celebration - We designed the 50th anniversary commemorative logo, created street banners, publicized community events and published "50th Anniversary Facts" - a series of historical facts appearing in the Palos Regional each week throughout 2009.
The Art Garden of Palos Heights - We contributed creative planning and graphic design services needed to develop a logo, signage, and invitations to special events celebrating this wonderful addition to our City.
Carmelite Missions - Our graphic design assistance helped the Carmelite Missions, based in Darien, IL, produce their "Saint of the Month" newsletter, which is very instrumental in their fundraising efforts.
Local Township Food Pantries - BCG held its first annual "Turkey Talk" open house and food drive in November, 2008. The generosity of our clients and friends helped us collect more than 600 non-perishable food and household items for the Orland Township Food Pantry. Turkey Talk still takes place every year the Monday before Thanksgiving each year in an effort to donate food and non-perishable items to those in need. We have donated to the Palos Township Emergency Food Pantry and the Worth Township Food Pantry.
We keep our hands on the pulse of the industry and the community by participating in a number of civic and professional organizations, including:
